I'm Sep Godarzi — a registered Victorian building practitioner — and I'm hands-on for every project, alongside a small crew of trades I actually trust. Most outdoor-build companies hand you to a salesperson, then to a subcontractor you never meet. We don't.

I hold a domestic builder's licence and build custom homes as well, so when I measure up your verandah, pergola or carport, I already know exactly how it'll be engineered, permitted and put together. You get one point of contact from the first measure to the final clean-up — no call centre, no handballing.

Custom verandahs, pergolas, patios and carports — plus balconies, decking, sheds, garages, fencing and outdoor blinds — engineered in aluminium and Colorbond® steel to handle everything from Melbourne's frosts to its summer heat, right across the metro and down to Geelong. We also handle the drafting, plans and council permits in-house, so the paperwork isn't your problem.
