Melbourne VerandasA builder that treats the sub-frame as seriously as the surface
We build decks, pergolas and outdoor structures across Melbourne and Geelong — with the unglamorous details done right.
Melbourne Verandas is led by builder Sep Godarzi, and builds outdoor structures for homes across Greater Melbourne and Geelong. Our whole approach is that an outdoor space is only as good as the parts you stop seeing once it's finished — the footings, the ventilation, the fixings, the drainage.
We work in hardwood and composite, timber and aluminium, and we'll tell you which suits your house and site rather than which is easiest for us to install. Every job is built to the correct building and planning permits, by a registered building practitioner.
What you can rely on
- Structures detailed for your specific site — salt, soil, sun and slope.
- Honest material advice, including the trade-offs nobody likes mentioning.
- Permits and approvals handled properly, not skipped.
- A realistic maintenance plan at handover.
Our credentials. Melbourne Verandas is led by Sep Godarzi, operates under ABN 94 901 930 652, and is led by a Registered Building Practitioner.
